How it works

  1. Ask ChatGPT: "Find a time for a team retro next week, 10:00 to 16:00."
  2. Send the share link to the group. Each person enters a name and drags over the times they are free.
  3. Ask ChatGPT: "Which time works best?" You get the top times and who is missing, then pick one and get a calendar file.
